职位描述

岗位职责

Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
1、Company documents/information management (including documents pigeonholing, lending, keeping etc.).
公司信息档案管理（包括文件资料的入库归档、借用、保管等）。
2、Company library management (including books lending etc.).
图书管理（包括图书借阅等）。
3、Documentation management rules preparation.
文档管理方案制定。

Qualification Required 岗位要求：
1、Professional in documentation management, over 5 years working experience in related area.
文档管理专业人员，5年以上相关工作经验。
2、College in archives management or related.
档案管理或相关专业大专以上。
3、and without no age limit.
年龄不限。
